As a collective, we offer a comprehensive range of services, individually curated to meet the needs of our clients.
We use Heritage as the baseline to inform the Narrative, our expertise ranges from individual historic buildings, small sites through to conservation led regeneration and strategic development.
As a collective we are dedicated to delivering high quality thinking that honours the past whilst shaping the future.
Who We Are...
Joseph Hardy & Company Ltd is a collective of Associates, creatives and collaborators, all with a proven and accredited track record in the Built Environment.
The collective was founded and is led by Paulette McAllister. Paulette brings her wealth of experience and insight from over 30 years in the Built Environment, serving as a trusted advisor to her clients whilst leading Place based initiatives for Local Government, she remains acting external consultee for the Built & Historic Environment. Paulette is a Heritage expert and place strategist.
In addition to Core Associates the collective weave with other professional practices and creatives on a project specific basis, do contact us to join as an Associate or collaborate.
Dr. Alan Coday IHBC complements the collective as a Senior Heritage Consultant, bringing academic and practical know how to projects alongside Michael Royalton-Kisch, our esteemed Heritage Surveyor, whose expertise lies in surveying and preserving Heritage Assets. Together, they ensure historical integrity is maintained while meeting contemporary needs.
Lilly Marshall is a Designer who utilises storytelling and creativity in Place Narrative; bridging the past with the present through evocative design and diligent research.
Eliza Agnes is a Place Artist and architect undergraduate, her work brings a quiet precision and expressive clarity to architectural illustration, exploring what is possible through thoughtful, process-led sketches and artwork.
